Livestock & Office Administrator

Our Blackall branch is expanding and has a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Livestock Sales and Office Administrator. The role involves end-to-end processing of livestock sales, maintaining accurate records and providing reliable office administration and customer service support to the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the livestock and agency team
Prepare and process livestock sale documentation, including contracts, transfers, NLIS and vendor/buyer records
Data entry and maintenance of livestock, client and sale records using the SaleG8 Myco system
Liaise with clients, buyers, vendors, carriers, saleyards and industry bodies in a professional manner
Answer phones, manage emails and assist with general enquiries
Assist with invoicing, statements, reconciliations and basic accounts administration
Complete sale day administration, including pre-sale and post-sale paperwork
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations and company procedures
Assist with marketing activities such as sale catalogues, advertisements and social media content
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
Provide on-site administrative support at auctions or events when required
Requirements:
Administration or office experience preferred (livestock industry experience advantageous)
Accurate data entry skills (SaleG8 Myco experience desirable; training provided)
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional and able to work in a team
Willingness to learn and assist on sale days/events
Driver’s licence preferred
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
